TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking a service with XXPOSR, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are in place to protect both parties and ensure a smooth, respectful, and efficient creative process.
1. Scope of WorkClient is purchasing the time and deliverables outlined in the selected package or offer. XXPOSR agrees to perform the services described and deliver the agreed-upon assets (e.g., edited photos, videos, strategy materials) as detailed in your selected package. Additional services or requests outside the original scope may incur additional fees and must be agreed upon in writing.
2. Payment TermsPayment is due upfront unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For services requiring a deposit, the remaining balance is due prior to final delivery of assets.Unpaid or late invoices may result in project delays, withheld deliverables, or cancellation at XXPOSR’s discretion.
3. Rescheduling & CancellationsTo reschedule a shoot or session, the Client must provide at least 48 hours' notice. One reschedule is allowed per booking. Less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of deposit.Cancellations with more than 72 hours’ notice may be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice are non-refundable.
4. Creative ControlBy hiring XXPOSR, Client acknowledges and trusts our creative judgment. While collaboration is welcome, final decisions around framing, editing, and creative execution are made at the discretion of XXPOSR unless explicitly agreed upon beforehand.
5. RevisionsEach package includes a set number of edits or revisions as outlined in the offer. Additional revisions are subject to a separate fee.
6. Ownership & Usage RightsUpon final payment, Client receives full usage rights to the final, delivered content. XXPOSR retains the right to showcase any work created in our portfolio, marketing materials, and promotional platforms unless otherwise agreed in writing. Raw files, unedited footage, or unedited photos are not included unless explicitly stated.
7. LiabilityXXPOSR is not liable for missed deadlines due to Client delays, force majeure events (e.g., weather, illness, equipment failure), or uncooperative talent during shoot sessions.
8. ConfidentialityWe respect your privacy. Any sensitive brand or business information shared during our collaboration will be treated as confidential and never disclosed or shared without permission.
9. AcceptanceBy submitting payment or signing an agreement, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full.
